One Way Out - Running Fast Headed Nowhere

Forming in 2000, One Way Out soon formulated their own brand of melodic punk rock that has seen the band quickly rise above most local acts in a short period of time.

Blending the catchiest parts of punk, pop and rock, One Way Out have quickly built a strong following in their home town of Adelaide, playing with the likes of Guttermouth, Hot Water Music, Strung Out, Strike Anywhere, Frenzal Rhomb and Bodyjar.

The band entered Soundhouse Studios in Adelaide to record Running Fast, Headed Nowhere, an ep featuring six songs of fast and furious pop punk, with each song being as catchy as the next.
