While the curtain slowly fell on 2018, beloved Ballarat-via-Melbourne five piece Gold Fields quietly but assuredly let slip their first musical utterance in nearly a half decade.

"Glow EP", spearheaded by the transcendent single by the same name, recaptured the attention of cult followers of their acclaimed debut album, "Black Sun" (2013) and succeeded in sparking the imagination of many new fans of sophisticated psych-soused indie rock in the process.

The somewhat unexpected release of "Glow" saw Gold Fields also take opportunity to foreshadow a forthcoming full length album, which they can now reveal is entitled "Dalawa", a nod to guitarist Vin Andanar's heritage and meaning 'two' in Filipino (Tagalog).

"Dalawa", produced by Malcolm Besley (Northeast Party House, City Calm Down) and mixed my Tony Espie (The Avalanches, Cut Copy) is scheduled for April 12 release.
